How we look after the details you give us.

Fred's Mobile Tyres is a mobile tyre fitting service based in West Bromwich. If you have any question about your details, call 07310 146835 or email derfla@hotmail.co.uk.
When you use our quote or contact form we receive the details you type in: your name, phone number, email address (if you give one), vehicle registration or tyre size, location, when you need us and any notes. When you call or WhatsApp us we see your phone number and anything you tell us.
Only to give you a price, arrange and carry out the job, and contact you about it. We do not sell your details, pass them to anyone for marketing, or send you marketing messages.
The forms on this website send your details to us by email. They are not stored in a database on the website.
Quote requests that do not go ahead are deleted within 12 months. Records of jobs we carry out are kept for as long as the law requires for our accounts, normally six years.
This website does not set its own cookies and does not use visitor tracking or analytics. The coverage map is provided by Google Maps, and some icons and fonts load from other companies' servers. Those companies can see your device's internet address and may set their own cookies. See Google's privacy policy for details.
You can ask us what details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. Just call or email us using the details above.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
If we change how we use your details we will update this page and the date at the top.
